We’ve got this solution for you: the PR Brand Bundle, where 6 (small) sustainable brands or non-profits join forces to share the cost of PR services.

Here’s what you can expect from the PR Brand Bundle.

  • We'll start with the basics; if you don't have a boilerplate yet, we'll work on that for you. A boilerplate is a short text with the most important information about your business. This is always added at the bottom of a press release and is useful for journalists to get the gist of your organization.

  • Along with 5 others, your brand will be featured in 4 newsflashes / year. A newsflash is a press release containing newsworthy content (for example; related to a top topical, sharing the news of a new collection, a sustainability report, etc.) Every newsflash will be sent out in two languages (NL & FR) to in total over 80 (lifestyle) journalists from all over Belgium. (One feed-back round per newslash is included.)

  • PR Reports are included on a monthly basis. This also includes the monthly subscription to the clipping service, valued at € 85 / month.

  • You get to be part of our Press Day, hosted annually in April. This means journalists and influencers get to discover your brand/organisation! Everyone goes home with a goodiebag as, that (if possible) includes a small gift from you.

  • Quarterly 1-1 coaching session (1 hour/session) with PR experts Manon and Laura to answer all of your questions! Ask away.

  • Twice a year: 1 hour PR workshop and group call with 6 brands with PR experts Manon and Laura.

In each newsflash, we provide a carefully curated list of 10 addresses of influencers and journalists. This is a “nice to have”, maximizing the likelihood of securing social exposure and/or a press publication.

+ MONTHLY COACHING

Instead of the quarterly coaching session, we commit to 1 meeting a month. We are here to answer all of your strategic, practical or (..) questions, resulting in a more in-depth collaboration and approach.

- You own/work for a sustainable, (small) brand or non-profit.

- Your team consists of max. 5 people. 

- You (or a colleague) have time to participate in the PR Brand Bundle program (time to fill in the questionnaires to provide input for the newsflashes, give feedback on the newsflashes 4 times a year, join the 1-1 sessions, group workshops and participate in the Press Days in April).

- You can join and commit to the bundle program as of the 1st of March 2024 and this runs until the 1st of March 2025 (you sign up for 1 complete year).

- As only 6 brands and non-profits can join, you can confirm your participation the latest 14th of January 2024.
